Still working on my pinion angle and carier bearing anyone got a pic of a lower truck set up?

Ohh I added some air shocks but need to move my shock mount brackets.

You have no-clue how hard it is to do. I just ordered my 3rd set of shocks since I can't afford to buy them in town. :D

I cut the springs in front(still hunting some stiffer 3.5" coils) flip the spring perch on the rear axle. My new shocks just got here and my headers so I have some work tomorrow.

More pics coming

dam that does look pretty good. Put some Titan 18s on it and smaller tires and I think it'll look pretty dam good. Lots of work to be had, I know the feeling. You should do a Titan 5.6 swap, that'd be bad ass and original

So you mounted the rear leaf springs under the axle vise over(stock).......how many coils did you cut up front?

next question...ride.....how does it ride? that front bump stop is soooo close...

I'd put some new tires/wheels on it before driving in public. but that's just me.
and that bed is so small it looks like you could turn it into a hand lifted dump bed like on a gator.

It's screaming for wheels about as bad as mine's screaming for a drop.

Added some more pics but wheels are a long time out including tires.

jesus, it's like pulling teeth with you. by flipped spring perch you mean where the springs mount in relation to the axle (below vs above?) or did you flip the leaf pack? I must not be up to speed with the term "flipped spring perch" and what that means.

HOW DOES SHE RIDE?

I cut the perch off and flipped it on the axle and re-used the factory hardware. Didn't change anything in the spring pack besides the centering bolt.

Ohh I used some lift shackles in the back too

http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e315/ghostcustoms/Picture042.jpg

I think if I flip the overload spring I might get a little lift but I rilly need a add a leaf that adds 1.5 in of lift.

Ohh there is a new forum Frontierboard.com

Ride in the rear is great! Front needs some way stiffer springs. I'm looking for some 3.5" coils that compress out to 7-7.5"

sweet, good work!

got any pics of the front bump stop and how much room is left after the drop?

The more coils you cut off your front springs the stiffer they are going to get. You might cut another coil (or portion of) off and get a set of poly spacers to go under the coil to bring the ride height back to where it was. The other thing you might be able to do is put spacers in between two coils to keep them from moving.

Looks good. I don't mind the big tires, better too big than too small.

did you measure the d/s & pinion angle before you did the drop?

Snacktime

well the rear driveshaft actual goes down in the rear now...

Pinion angle is correct but the carrier bearing isn't
