QA1 coilover + s10 = whats spring rate

QA1 coilover + s10 = whats spring rate
I currently own a 91 s10 with a 350 and looking to ran a set of qa1 coilovers but not sure which spring rate to use. stock the truck weights about 3100lbs and naturally my front end is alittle heavier with the v8
