My AEM Wide-Band is stuck at 14.7
#1
Has anyone else ever had this problem? Do I need to just replace the sensor or is the gauge broke? If its the sensor, where is the best place to get one?

When I first got my AEM WB the middle digit did not work... Anyways I have never had mine get stuck, but if it is your sensor I have an extra one if you need it. Just PM me a price what your willing to pay, it was only used for ~5k...

Tech's at AEM will tell you each sensor and gauge are "married" it's not recommend you change it out because they are calibrated as one.
More than likely you'll get away with it. We used to buy the AEM's, after have many of them do the same thing you're describing, we switch to PLX, a much better setup!
good luck,
allen

The gauge is not receiving the signal from the sensor that reports the AFR voltage. Sounds like a gauge problem to me. I have friends over at AEM (developement software engineer), you can simply purchase any Bosch LSU4 sensor to replace it. They are not "married" to their respective controllers, as tech support claims.
Like Allen, I switched to an AFX wideband with an NTK sensor (rather then a Bosch sensor), for the exact same reason.
