I've bought two. Look for the phone you want and make sure they have a return policy and good feedback.

 

i have sprint. i've looked at a couple phones and they say esn is clear and ready for activation. that sounds good to me. is that right?

 

If its from a reputable shop you should be good, If its a private seller id PM them and ask for the ESN # and call Sprint to verify.

haha... what carrier do you have?

 

get one thats Unlocked so you can still use it if you change carriers.

 

I have bought a few, make sure they have good feedback, about ther products, a reasonable return pol. Just like any other auction, make sure they take paypal. There are some scammers out there, but still alot of honest people.
