Default auto headlight light sensor

On the way home from picking up my 04 Silvy, my dad in front of me in his truck notices my headlights on in the daytime, not my running lights. Ends up my light sensor for the lights fell into the dash.

I fished it out, and the sensor works, but it won't fit into the hole. Its too small for the hole. Nothing on the sensor or the hole in the dash looks like it broke off, just maybe something vibrated loose and got lost. It looks like there's supposed to be a collar of sorts that fits around the sensor that in turn twists into the hole in the dash. Currently the sensor is fastened down on top of the dash so it still operates correctly but won't fall back in the hole.

Question is if anyone has a parts diagram/schematic for the sensor area. Or if you know the part I'm talking about and how it all fits back together, that would be awesome as well. Thanks yall.

Maybe I got lucky, but my sensor was just sitting right down beneath the hole a couple inches. I tried grabbing onto it with some needle nose, but that didn't really work. Finally I grabbed a paper clip, bent it just so, and looped it around the body. I pulled it up far enough to where I could get my fingers on it and pulled it the rest of the way out. Right now its sitting on the dash still attached to it harness and hog tied to the holy f**k handle.
