Need a review on this ipod car adaptor
#1
I am now having to go with an ipod car adaptor because I dont want to spend the $ for an ipod interface module($199). So I'm looking for a review on this model ipod car adaptor. Now I realize that its not going to be the best sounding opposed to my old head unit with an ipod connection but I'm gonna have to deal with it. If there is a better ipod cdar adaptor, please let me know. Friend of mine had this one and it was pretty good.

I'm not familiar with your exact setup, but I originally bought an FM modulator by the same company, (same premise but without the little cradle).
It was crap.
I then bought the $99 iCar thing from Fry's electronics. (there are multiple companies that sell them) and it plugged in to my stock radio's CD changer port, allowing me to control it through the stock deck. It charges the iPod also. The sound quality is like a CD (MUCH better than the FM modulated one was).
For the extra $20 (if you still have the stock head unit) I'd suggest the kit.
