Default New owner....got some questions???

I just traded in my 10 second 2000 C5 Corvette (my baby) for a 2007 Trailblazer SS.

Its black on black, very nice. Got a great deal too.

Anyways, I want to know how to find out what gears are in the truck. I know its AWD, but not sure about the gear ratio. I kept asking the guys at the dealership but never got a definitive answer. The truck drives great and I love it. It was hard for me to sleep last night because I wanted to drive it so bad.

Also, last question! I bought my wife an after market stereo for her Jetta and had an IPOD adapter wired to the output jack in the back of her stereo so she can play and charge her IPOD through the stereo. Kind of cool!!!

I have to take my SS back into the dealer so they can swap out my stereo for the touch screen Nav style stereo. Okay finally here is the question, does that touch screen style stereo have an output jack so I can hook up my IPOD to the factory trailblazer stereo? I'd like to have the XM, regular radio, as well as the IPOD hooked up.

Summary,
1) How do I find out all the options my vehicle came with (mainly if it has 4:10's)?
2) Can I hook up an IPOD to through the stock touch screen Nav style stereo?

Thanks for all the help. I've been on LS1tech for a while and am looking forward to a great time with my new truck. I thought I'd miss my Vette more than I do, but I think having this truck is definately helping me release my Vette emotionally.

it has 4.10s

in your glovebox should be a sticker that has all the rpo codes, then you will have to decode them.

So there is no way to hook up an IPOD to it huh? I guess I'll have to get that FM transmitter.

My truck didn't come with the Nav radio, but they are swapping it in for me.

Yeah, I love this truck!!

I thought that they came with either 3:42's or 4:10's?

The options list at the dealer said you could even get 3:73's.

How do you figure that all have 4:10's?

The order sheet deletes the other ratios (for the regular TB) when you get the SS.
