my bud just bought a 07 lincoln and wants me to put a Radix on it.
I haven't seen the truck yet.
Are they 4 valve or 3 valve heads.
do the Ford's have the same problems with transmissions that the GM's do
with forced induction, ie- need a built tranny
thanx... Dave

Depends on the transmission. Usually Ford trannies are very resiliant. I would think about putting in a valve body tho. That'll take some of the stress off of it.

And it should be a 3V. JPA could probably hook ya up with a kit. :)

you are correct, just need 07 calibration.
the Lincoln is a 3v.
maybe i'll check on f150.com and see how trannies are holding up with FI.
mine lasted a week with the radix.

They switched to the 5 spds now, right? I know the old 4R70's and 4R100's hold boost just fine, but I haven't heard a lot about the new ones. F150online would be the best bet, I know there's boosted guys runnin over there.

*EDIT*

Yep. Here's one. Might email this guy.
