Default So...I've been beating around the bush.....

I found some change in the couch cushions, so I'm going to spend a little. Gonna start small though. ASP's, swaybar, SLP or SW exhaust (I like the SLP dual because you don't loose the spare.), and either Kooks or SW headers w/cats are hopefuly going to be in this summer. I'm gonna start things off with a tune probably next week. Looking for 30-60 rw from it. I pretty much talked myself out of a CAI after hearing about Volants issues. Plus I haven't seen any real before and after numbers on any of them. I mean we basically already have them anyway. Goal...400 rw w/ bolton's, 332 now with a filter.

Sounds like we're in a similar boat. My truck plans have changed yet again so I'm going to move some $$$ to the TB.

So far I have bought, a Volant CAI, ASP u/d's, LS1 fans and a 160 thermo.

Instead of spending 1k on a dual cat back I figure I'll just do a muffler swap and put the extra money elsewhere. Like a converter or the SW or Kooks LTs.

What have you read about the sway bar that made you decide on one? I haven't searched enough to see any reviews.

My new best friend

Got pullies, next is exhaust and a tune. A friend that has an 05 SSR dynoed 330 rw (mine 332 rw) at the samne shop. With a tune he got 345rw, then exhaust added a whoppin 26 rw. So at last mod for him he was at 371 rw. I figure I can get at least that. I might do a H/C and try that way to get 400rw NA.
