I went to Randy's Driveshafts today. A guy named Andy measured my driveline angles. He then inputed them into a computer program. The program says I shouldn't have vibrations with these angles. The only thing Andy suggested was to raise the pinion angle up 2* to get some of the angle off of the u-joints after the carrier bearing. So I did. It now vibrates slightly from 35-45mph.
He told me that if it still vibrates, I will need to bring him the entire driveshaft assembly and yokes to be high speed balanced and check it for be out of round.
This crap blows!!!
