Interior is gutted for the Painless kit going in. Should be a quick little bastard. :)

Nope, just a regular Sonoma. It's my old truck that I had right before my Lightning. The motor is a .60 over 350 with Vortec heads, Eldebrock intake, Comp 292 cam and a 650 Double pumper backed by a 700R4.

Nah, sold it to a good friend of mine. I still do most of the wrenching on it, he just funds the projects. Get to see it finished the way I wanted it but on his dime.
It's gonna be a mild street/strip truck for now till we 4 link it down the road. The motor setup will change by then as well. This was a kinda need to thing since the old 4.3 took a dump on him. Figured might as well swap it now.

One of these days I'll do my own S-10/Sanoma project with the 350 (or bigger). I think it's cool... big motor+small pickup=big grins.

Very nice! I just got me an LS1 block last weekend and saving up for the other parts and install on it one day. Where's the sperm bank when you need one...

theres a kid around here that put his dirt track 307 in an older s10 like that. its freakin sweet. no 4 link but its got a narrowed 9 inch and somewhere around 18ish inch wide wheels and cut tires with traction bars so it does decent hooking up.
nice truck btw!

In the Maxima right? ;) J/k. On a side note, one of the guy's on our forum RaceLubbock.com had his brother in League City just install a 6.0 into his ext. cab Silverado. That thing moves and sounds pretty good from the videos.

I'd definantly drive it! The only thing I don't really like is the interior, but hey when you have an engine compartment that clean, who neads a nice interior?
