I ordered an 02' PCM from them on Dec.20 talked to Allen Nelson. He said he would send it out to Futral first thing the next morning. I get a call on the morning of Dec.28 from Jon. Double-checking the address it was to be shipped to. I was so pissed off, I was actually expecting it sometime that week. Regular shipping they said would take 2-3 days to get to Futral, then 1 day from there to me. They said that Futral would get it on Jan.2-3. I told them that it was already supposed to be sent out and to overnight it. I had to have by Jan.4
I get the bill and the extra shipping it cost me was $40 because of their f*ck-up. I had problems and down-time with my truck the other experience I had with them. I thought I'd give it another shot, I've learned my lesson now. Nelson's service sucks, I'll never do business with them again.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks and still no return phone call. :confused: Trying to get ahold of them does suck but I bet if talk to Allen he will straighten things out for you.
