Default Stereo Control Lights and Oil Life Monitor ?'s

Couple of unrelated questions:

#1 - Not sure when this happened, but I noticed that the backlight on the power on-off/volume button for the stereo does not work. Nothing else seems to be wrong, so I probably won't mess with it, but didn't know if anyone else had experienced this or had any idea if it might be an easy fix.

#2 - I swapped out my stock PCM for a Nelson tuned PCM a few weeks ago, and I presume that the oil life monitor would be effectively reset with the new PCM. I might shoot Allen an email to see if this is the case, but figured that I might get a faster response here. I'm running Synthetic, so I'm not too worried about running over a bit, but thought that I might change the oil this weekend while I have a chance.
