They had that thing idled down WAAYY low. My old cam sounded like that when it idled at 600.

I bet it doesn't pass California smog.

That Vette sounds awesome. It’s called a camshaft, with a lot of lift and duration. The fact that it idles at all below 1200rpms proves it is tuned very well. If you don't have any LS1/LS2/LS7 engine knowledge please don't post about how it should or should not sound or run.
Also, remember to turn off the neon lights under your Honda or the battery will die.
