You'll have to buy HP Tuners from the HP Tuners website. www.hptuners.com

Unless you find somebody selling one that has a license already for your truck and year. That's how I got mine, saved some $$$ too.

IMO buying HPT from HPT that includes 8 credits is usually the best deal.

Unless you find the right person with an entire model year license that you are lookin for.

HPT without open licenses is worth about $100. 8 licenses x $50=$400

Anyway, Get it, you'll love it.

Both HPT and EFILive will do the same job pretty much equally in the end. The only difference right now that I would consider, is that HPT $500 Standard version does not have a way for you to hookup a wide band directly, where EFILives $550 V-1 does. Depends on what you want to do with it.

I'm not saying one is better than the other, but people have found ways to hook a wideband to the standard interface on HPT.

Whatever you get will be much better than mail order.

As I recall, it involves wiring the wideband into the EGR inputs on the PCM or something like that.
