Angry trans shifting hard

I have an 05 GMC 1500 and in the morning the trans shifts hard 1st to 2nd for the first 20-30 min of driving. I have been to 2 dealers, complained to GM and after 6 times to the dealer its still not fixed and now it also leaking a lot of tranny fluid. First trip they did something to the computer, didn't work. Second time they found a cracked acuator piston and bad valve body and that fixed the problem for about a month. Third time they noticed the hard shift but said they can't find anything and told me to let it warm up so it will go away. Then I called GM and they told me to try another dealer so I did. The second dealer said they can't diagnose it because of my Volant cold air intake. They tried a trans temp sensor which didn't work so I put the stock air box on as they said the hard shift would go away with the stock air box which it didn't. I brought it back and they said the computer was shifting -7% or something and reset it and said it was fixed and the problem will come back with the volant air intake. It was never fixed and I still have the oe air box on and now its also leaking. The second dealer insisted they fixed it and I need to go back to the first dealer that started working on the problem. What do I do? GM is really tiking me off and their deallers too. Why won't they just replaced the trans if they can't fix it?

Well it was at the dealer for 8 days last October and they replaced a bunch of stuff, (clutch plate, reverse drum, springs, valve body, trans pump, and more that I can't remember). It lasted about 2 months and the hard shifts were back. I just took it in Monday with the trans problem, horn doesn't work, and a groan/clunk/squeek from the rear end. So far they called GM and got approval to replace the trans and its on order so I hope this works. This is the only dealer that actually has done work to it the other 2 kept trying computer stuff and replacing sensors. The other 2 never got into the trans and I guess didn't want to because I didn't buy it there.
