Driveshaft measurements??
#1
I am fixing to order my Denny's driveshaft. Anyone have their measurements from a regular cab 2wd shortbed?
And should I go with the HD driveshaft or the nitrous ready one?

At least mine is running!Good your not doing anything except playing on the computer, you must be at work.
Which True-trac do I need?
And how the hell do you measure the yoke and some of that other crap while the DS is in the truck?

I'm gonna order the cal-tracs, driveshaft and locker monday,( nothing is open today) so whenever they come in I'll be ready for a beer run to Huntsville.
You got somebody close that can press those bushings out and in or can you do it?
And I changed my mind, I went with Edelbrock IAS instead of the Bilsteins.

I tell you what. Some people are just so stupid they can't help themselves.
Link for the fat and lazy
Just call up Caltrac and they will ask you all about your truck. Yours is basically stock with the lowering shackles in the rear which won't change any geometry I don't believe.
You need a true track for a 2005 rcsb 2wd 1500 truck, duh. They have 30 spline axles.
I have a press. I do it all in my shop baby!
