8.1 4dr 2500 4x4 vibration

anyone have any issues with a drivetrain vibration under mild to heavy acceleration at low speeds, worse with a load ie: towing a boat?

maybe tranny clutches chattering? or driveline angles off?

unfortunately, i think it is in the tranny. definately not any driveline angle issues.
