Default 2-Step w/ supercharger?

Any one running one? Just wondering if it would be a worthwhile investment a little further down the road after new 3200 stall...
I know that they are used alot by turbo guys, but a ProCharger does come in @ higher rpm's as well...

A 2step puts excess gas into the exhaust causing the turbo to spool better when launching it will do absolutely nothing for a supercharger.

This is the description of a 2-step and it's applications that I received from Harlan, himself:
In the simplest of terms, it's a user adjustable rev
limiter that can be triggered by a switched input. It
allows you to hold the gas pedal to the floor, and
engine speed with stay at your set point. Great for
consistant launches at the track for manual trans
guys. Also good for automatic trans setups to hold
the rpm below your stall speed or to keep the vehicle
from moving if your foot brake can't hold a full brake
stall.

It's really good for the turbo guys, as they can built
boost with it on a manual or auto trans. Having the
throttle wide open lets the turbo spin up more, and
reduced the time to full boost after the launch.

With the blower, you're not at quite the disadvantage
of the turbo setup. But anything you can do get the
throttle open more will help.

On a blower setup, consistant launches is the greatest
gain.

Synergy makes one now...Harlan's is no longer made, although he is designing a newer version to release some time in the future...thus this comment from Harlan:
Al

Your friend is correct, I'm currently not making them.
I have the new version in prototype right now, and as
with any project, it's not sticking to the time table.

It will allow you to launch at the same rpm everytime, but that is about the only advantage it will give you Al.

Not worth it IMO. Get the proper stall speed you need and be done with it. I was plenty consistant without one on nitrous out of the hole(same kind of comparison to a s/c)

that's how I saw it as well...thought I may be overlooking something though...and I found that Synergy makes one now that Harlan does not and they were interested in making one for my truck after e-mailing them inquiring about theirs...thanks to you both...I guess I can scratch that one off of the list...

P.S. David...you got that y-pipe didn't you?

Picked it up saturday. I may have to replace one of the flanges. It looks different. Won't know until I compare it to the stock one.
