I have an 03 silverado and i was thinkin if i put an 06-07 hood an grille and get some tahoe headlight mounting panels so i can put some of those headlight do ya think it will work?

To do it right you would have to graft your fenders in with the tahoe fenders. I assume you are talking about the truck grille and hood, if thats the case they will need a lot of work too.

A guy on gmfullsize attempted putting the whole 07 frontend on a 99-02 truck and it didn't work out to well. The 07s are wider so the grille/bumper assembly had to be sectioned, the body lines didn't flow with the rest of the truck, and the bumper was too low for the rest of the truck. IMO, its not worth it, but it would be unique if its done right.

There are some aftermarket hoods that will look really good.
Goodmark is one I'd recommend. They are all steel and are easy to paint and blend. Stay away from fiberglass hoods, as they willcost you a lot in body work to make them match up with you fenders and to get all of the waves out of the gelcoat.
Going with an aftermarket hood would be your easiest best route.
