Default Complete 5.3 for sale, Phoenix

I have a complete 5.3 for sale sitting in my garage. As of right now I am just looking to sell in Phoenix, not interested in shipping anywhere. I know there are not many other members from the valley, but hopefully this will go somewhere........

Details:

2001 engine, 118,000 miles, well-maintained, religious 3000 mile oil changes and coolant flushes as recommended by GM (30k miles? Can't remember exactly)
All accessories are from a 2005 truck. When I say the engine is complete, I mean complete. Comes with alternator, water pump, PS pump, a/c compressor (not sure of a/c condition), flexplate, exhaust manifolds, intake, throttle body, etc etc. Also includes a 2005 wiring harness and computer (a couple of the connectors were cut from the harness, I think it was just O2's....easy to fix). The accessories are from a motor with 10k miles, so they are essentially brand new.
Engine has a Vinci Ultra-Torque cam installed, 210/218-551/551-116, good cam, idles like stock, easy to tune. Stock rockers and pushrods, but brand new yellow LS6 springs, good up to .57 lift.

I am asking $1400 for engine and install....I did my own motor and tranny swap by myself in my driveway, so I know what I'm doing. I have a lift, engine stand, and all the necessary tools.

I will also help tune it if you want (I am not a professional tuner, but I will help you get the VE tables and idle tables set correctly for the new cam). Asking an additional $100 for this just to cover the cost of the extra EFILive license.

When I did the motor swap I was originally planning on keeping the 5.3 and using it for a sand rail project, but I am going back for grad school so those plans are on hold for the next few years. Again, this engine was running great when I pulled it for the 6.0 swap. Pics below.

ttt....asking $1100 for you to come pick it up as-is, or $900 and I keep the Vinci cam and LS6 springs and put stock springs and the LQ9 cam in it....

Anybody interested in pieces of it if I part it out? Haven't decided to part it just yet, just wondering what the demand is for components of the motor...

Maybe you could sell it if you included the keg. Just don't tell them how old it is,
