I just got my 2006 CTD 4x4 two days ago and I love it. does anyone know where the OBDII connector lives? The manual says it has it and I already have good scanning software and a lap top so I want to see if it will read the truck. any help would be appreciated.

Also, does the K&N Filter in the stock box work well or shoul I do a cold air kit instead? I prefer to keep the stock box and use the filter but not if there are minimum power gains.

A drop in filter wont get you much. The problem is the inlet for the air box is about 1/4 of the size of the filter. CAI's usually pick up about 20-25 hp.
As for the OBD2 connector, if I remember correctly its under the dash (like really under the dash facing almost vertically down) on the left side of the steering wheel.
