Allright guys and gals, here are the requirements and rules for TOTM.
1) Nominee must have been active on the site in the past 30 days.
2) Nominee must have been a member of the site for AT LEAST 6 months and have at least 50 posts. This is not an either or rule. Candidates must meet both requirements.
3) Nominee CAN NOT be a member of the staff or a sponsor.
4) Nominee must have at LEAST one visual modification or three performance mods to their vehicle.
5) No back to back nominations. Once a member has won, they are not eligible to be nominated again for a 12 month period. A member can not be nominated two months in a row, but can be nominated every other month until they win or are no longer nominated.
6) Nominees will be notified thru Private Message that they're locked into the contest one month before their vehicle is to be featured.
7) A Nominee must have at least 3 nominations to be considered for TOTM. The three members with the most nominations in a single month will be selected to move on to the vote for TOTM, with a Minnimum of Three (3) and a Maximum of four (4) vehicles being put up for voting in the competition. FAILURE TO SUBMIT WRITEUPS BY THE DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN REMOVALE FROM THE CONTEST!
NO SELF NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! PHOTOSHOPPED PICTURES/VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
8) Voting will be open for the last week ( 7 days ) of the month. The Poll results will not be public.
9) Voting will only be open to tenured members. You must have 50 posts OR 6 months of membership in order to vote in the TOTM poll. This isn't because we're trying to be mean or play favorites, it's a step to ensure the fairest contest possible for all candidates.
Each months winners will also be entered in the Truck of The Year contest.
