Alright guys,
I have the complete Corsa Touring catback (14264) for my 2006 crewcab 5.3. Everything is still brand new in the box! Id like to trade it for the complete Corsa Sport catback (14260) or maybe just swap out my touring muffler for the sport muffler if someone on here would be interested in just a muffler trade. The muffler must be for a 5.3 and the system or muffler must be in mint shape with little to no miles on it since mine is brand new in the box! Im located in Houston, TX so im looking for a local swap. LMK guys! Thanks!!


Also, if anyone on here is planning to order the Corsa Touring catback for a crewcab 5.3, if you want to order the sport since its almost $100 cheaper, ill swap you.

I did but his was for a 6.0L and its not the same.

 

my corsa sport is from a 6.0 and i have no problems...billys corsa was also from a 6.0.

 

Really? Well i guess yea cause Billy's came off Chagos truck. I wonder what the difference would be. I was just wanting to make sure i get the exact muffler i need on my truck. I didnt know if the 6.0L muffler would be louder or quieter or drone or whatever due to the different design Corsa said they have.

Hmm.... I might swap him then if yall are runnin them with no problems and they still sound great.

I probably would have but I now have a guy that has a 5.3L sport muffler that wants to trade so if i do swap it, i might as well swap him since it would be the exact muffler for my application.

Also, i talked to the guys at Corsa again today just to double check and they told me the mufflers are different by quite a bit on the internals and should not be swapped out for other applications. Not saying it cant be done but they suggested against it for some reason. Id really like to find out the exact differences cause i wouldnt think it would be as much of a difference as they are sayin but then again, they work at Corsa so they would probably know what they are talking about.
