Does this cam need to be paired up with a stall, or could it be fine alone for a while? Did it have a good lope, what numbers could i expect and will it fit my 5.3? Thanks

For best results a stall would be needed. I was running this same cam in my 04 1500 crew cab and using a hughes 2500 stall and IMO the stall was just a little too small. I mean it ran fiine, but for best results it could have benefitted from a vig 2800 to a yank or fuddle 3000. But you could most likely run it without for a little while. Has a decent lope, nothing radical, but with my cutouts open, it sounded damn good. Numbers with full bolt-ons and ASM long-tubes were 321 RWHP/30? RWTQ. On slicks with a slight bit weight reduction, in 80* weather was 14.2's @ 97MPH. Oh and these numbers were on a shitty tune that was done just to get the truck to run after the cam. Never got to run it again in cooler weather or with the updated street tune from Allen. Would have definitely been in the 13's, oh and this was a 5000# truck.

Sorry Man I Cant Trade. Ive Got A Comp 224 Right Now.
Also It Will Fit The 5.3 I Dont Know What You Will Gain. Because That Goes Along With All Your Other Mods As Well.
Ive Seen A 5.3 Pick Up An Easy 20 Hp Witht His Same Cam.
It Would Be Fine With Out A Stall For A Little While. But You Want At Least A 2600 For This Cam. 2800 Would Be Best If Your Truck Is Heavy Maybe A 3000. Ill Take Some Pics Tomorrow For You. Thanks Larry
