HELP anyone or anybody
I have a 2003 Trailblazer Lt with climate control that doesn't work. We have had it at several different Dealers with out any success. They either say that it is within specs or they don't know what to do to fix it. This has been an on going problem for 2 years every summer when temps get above 85deg.

Conditions
Louisiana 85 to 100 deg ambient
humidity 50 to 80 percent
Both Climate controls set to 60deg

Problem
Internal air temp will not get below 50deg either at idle or moving.
Compressor clutch cycles out any time you accelerate.

Pressures
Low side pressure runs at 30psi at idle. If you race the engine it drops to 28 psi where the low pressure cycle switch takes it out.
High side runs about 210 at idle

Items Done
1. Replaced the Low pressure cycle switch.
2. Removed and replaced freon Charge to verify correct charge.
3. Removed Orifice to verify if plugged. It wasn't but we replaced it anyway.
4. Flashed ECM with latest Flash so Clutch will engage stronger according to dealer.
5. Replaced Accumulator and recharged system.
6. Per one dealer tried to under charge system only to make problem worse.
7. Installed 2 oz over normal charge per second dealer with no affect.
8. Removed all hoses to verify no restriction.
9. Replaced Climate controller

Other information
1. If you by pass the Low pressure cycle switch it work fine until the accumulator freezes.

Thoughts
1. Maybe find an adjustable low pressure cycle switch or one that will cut out at 23 to 25 psi instead of 28. I know that the late model trucks are set for 21 and was warned by the dealer not to use it.

Thanks in advance
