Alright, here's the deal. My friend drives a 2006 Titan LE 5.6L and wants me to make a custom intake for him. Riding in my truck and hearing how I made it sound has got him hooked, and he wants to hear how his sounds. I looked under the hood to see If I could even do anything, and to my surprise, found the MAF was of rather unique design. Instead of a tube-section type like Chevys and Fords, it is some wierd plug-in style MAF. Will I run into any problems with this sensor, like where in the airstream it should be, etc? Any info ya'll can give me would be much appreciated, as I don't like to make mistakes when playing with someone elses toy. Thanks in advance.

It pops out just like the others out there. I'd suggest searching for some intakes that are already out there - AEM, Volant, and K&N to give you some ideas on how they are mounting it.

I know that you could use a MAF holder from a 350z,frontier,altima, I know I modded a titan kit for my frontier.
