I entered the Avalanche in the car show there Saturday and ran into a couple of members of this board, just by chance.

I was standing behind my truck and saw a guy looking over the supercharger set up and went up to talk to him. After a few minutes he ask if I was on any of the truck boards on the net, I said yes. He then ask are you by any chance KY_BOB? I could have fell over, there was nothing on my truck to indicate that. I told him that I was. Come to find out it was KYSilverado. Let me tell you this guy has the ultimate "sleeper" truck, looks totally stock and can run in the 12's!

I later ran into ULuze2 (from LS1trucks, not sure if he's a member here?) and hung out and chatted with him and his friend for a while. He has a beautiful black RCSB.

They both invited me to hang out with them that night to see what was going to be happening on the street but I declined and went to a buddy's house.

It was great to meet you guys, hope to do it again. So tell me what I missed by not staying? :cry:

Was pretty wild just meeting you that way. I had just gotten there. Glad you stopped me to chat or I wouldn't have put 2 and 2 together.

You missed a little cruising and street play. In my case I got a ride in some very fast, cool cars and trucks. Uluze's truck, Chevyman23's AC Cobra, A beautiful 69Z. Got to see and help a small bit get a 49 Willy's drag car ready for the track. Got to play a bit on the street and talk cars and trucks all night.

Would have been fun to have you along in your truck. I would have loved to see you suprise a few with your sleeper.
