has anyone seen a 6-speed allison in a hd being shifted manually in person, i just saw a pic and caption on chevrolet.com and that is badass to have a manumatic in a diesel or a big block truck... i bet its fun :drive:

I do mine all the time!! it's pretty cool, but you need to be on the ball because it revs quick.

i drove an '06 w/ Int. & Ex. w/ a chip and the exhaust temp gauge...all I can say is Damn! (and fun like ^ said w/ the shifter) the only thing i didn't like was having my hand on the gear selecter vs. a traditional stick car/truck
