nope it is a local tuner.Had vector but i wasnt pleased with it.

Wasn't that because you asked for the wrong tune? (CAI vs. no CAI tune)

02redhawk is right but i still wouldnt have been pleased with it.Good tuner(vector) i am not bad mouthing his product i just wasnt happy!
