I haven't really noticed any tranny slip.... but I have noticed that my EGT's run around 1000* with average driving and run up to around 1250-1300@ WOT... I have heard that it shouldn't go over 1000* before... which that was with a stock tune... I am running a 50hp tune through a power pup

What exactly did it do? I done well over those egt's and that won't cause a limp. It may have been a 1093 which tends to happen but usually with a larger tune.

I've noticed that BullyDog chips usually have a problem with not calibrating for higher boost numbers that their products create. Im wondering if its a high boost problem?
Any codes?

limp mode= the pcm not allowing the engine to go past 2000rpm to keep from burning something up.... i've heards its more common for tranny problems...... but I wouldn't think a 50hp time, a CAI, and an exhaust would be making enough power to even hurt the tranny... and I damn sure haven't put any big loads behind the truck... just a car hauler and a 4 wheeler trailer

I haven't checked for any codes but the SES light isn't on.... I gotta find my damned programmer so I can check it. the boost never goes past about 20 psi and hardly ever sees that(unless its @ WOT... which isnt that often)

I'm not sure what the damned deal is.

I think thats a 1093 which a fuel problem not a trans limp. You can do a shim mod to fix it if that is what it is. Try changing the fuel filter and see if that helps.

Slow down there... you may want to get your car to run with my truck first, other wise you'll have no chance finding the 8's :)
