How do these tires perform? I dont do any serious mudding but we go atv riding alot and are on logging roads, coal roads, etc etc. And the Bridestone dueler ats suck in the grass and mud. How bout in the snow?
I m probably going to stay with the stock size 265/70/17. I may go to the 285 but with the 3.42s and not being able to afford gears right now, I m having 2nd thoughts on those.
Any help is appreciated.

I have the x-tream A/T and I love it they are wearing great and they don't hum at all. The only time I had a hard time getting traction was in a hole the size of a pond and I was high centered and had shit up to my doors. I love em........go with the x-treams

Man Ive Had Some Pro Comp Xtreme On My Truck And My Buddy Still Has Some, They Suck Off Road. That Tire Was Not Designed For Much Mud Use And Thats A Fact Its More Of A Rock Crawler And Sand Type Tire. Like A Mickey Thompson Baja Claw. Now The Pro Comp At's Are A Good Mannered Tire On Road, And Im Sure They Will Do Ok Off Road, But Dont Ever Expect To Get Even Half The Traction You Get With A Mud Tire From A At, It Totally Diferent. If I Were U Id Get The Bfg Att Terrain K/o Or If Ya Wanna Go A Lil More Aggressive, interco Trxus Sts. And I Beleive You Should Have 3.73's In Your Rear End If Its A Z71 Package, , But For The 05 Model I Could Be Mistaken, I Havnt Been Doin My Reading Lately. Even With The 3.42's You Should Be Able To Spin The Hell Outta Them 285's I Mean I Have 3.73's With Heavy Ass 33x13.50 Swampers All Around And I Can Burn Em Down, In The Mud Or On The Road. So There Ya Have It , Just My 2.

Reason I m looking at the procomps is bc they have buy 3 get 1 free until end of March. If I dont get these, I believe I ll be getting the mastercraft CTs. I dont want to spend a fortune on tires. The procomps are $459 plus tax for a set of 4, that comes out to $114 a piece.

I agree with getchusum99 about the regular procomp A/T but the Xtream A/T are pretty agressive for an A/T. They haven't been out to long. I have taken my truck through some pretty nasty shit and haven't had a problem getting traction. You can see a few pics in the show and shine section.

the reg a/ts are great, if u dont need the added traction of the m/ts the a/ts are the best bet for ya
