340hp/340tq
open exaust, short belt.

pulls way better on top end than my old #'s
did the short belt on the last pull. it was good for 10hp/10tq.
a/f on the low end was 13:1 and up to 12:1 on the top end.
photobucket is tripping out and my dyno graphs are hard to read.
i'll try and get some better ones during the week and post them up.

no joke kev. pretty much the same. the guy who owns the shop was like your going to loose if you put the short belt on. (he's a mustang guy). but i proved him wrong. he also said it would run better with exaust but when i told him i run 3/10's quicker without exaust and showed him how much it picked up from my old dyno #'s i shut him up. haha.

yep my #'s are with open cutouts lol, thought about doing the short belt but they were in a hurry doing so many that day, it was a huge grand opening dyno day, you can imagine lol. Great #'s there.

Thanks Kevin. We got a long break after tomorrow so, I'm going to definetly take that time to get everything squared away.
We've been hitting the track way too much ever since Lance came down here. LOL

Nice numbers. Did you do the short belt last time you dynoed? What about at the track? When you do the shortbelt mod, I assume you remove the A/C belt intirely and put a smaller belt that only runs the idler and waterpump, right?

correct drum.
last run was on short belt.
the answer to your last question is yes.

you can't see past the graph but the hp was flat all the way to 6500.
this is with open exaust and short belt. a/f was good midrange then went a lil rich at 5800 then was on it's way back to 13:1 all the way to 6500. kyle did some logs on the pull. no knock on all pulls and 29* timing on the upper end. i must say pretty damn close for a mail order tune. props to allen!

and here's the comparisson to my old graph with exaust on.
hp starts falling off at 5600

What do you have for your exhaust set-up? It seems like it is pretty restrictive.

stock cat-back w/ aerochamber. the muffler isn't hurting the flow. it's the stock diameter. the exaust is set up mostly for street use. maybe one day i'll do a true dual with an X pipe.

I have true duals but I have never had my truck dynoed to tell any difference. I have 2 40 series flowmasters which are probably hurting my performance.

you think the stock 2.5" is too restrictive? Are you FI? I would have thought 2.5 would be plenty for a NA engine.

i have a new set up now.
custome 3" exaust into magnaflow Y, cutout, aerochamber and tailpipe turndown below the rear fender. it's definatly woken it up compared to what i was running before...
