does any body know for sure about which oil pan to use when putting in a 5.3 into a 95 s-10 ZR-2? truck has also a 2" body lift.i'd like to just use the stock 5.3 pan if possible. i just wandered if i absolutely need to cut the front crossmember and any pics of where to do it? i still have to pull my old engine and just want to get my ducks in a row.-thanks

Try Street and Performance they have several different types of oil pan for the LSx engine, but you might have to call them.

You'll need a front sump pan to clear the differential. If it was a 2wd I could help you more, but I've never done a swap on a 4x4.

Google JTR (Jaguars That Run). They sell the entire conversion Manual and most of the parts you'd need as well.
