Yeah, I was looking at one that Munday chevrolet had in their lot. It's just an appearance package that compliments the interior and exterior a bit.
Not sure if I would spend the extra $$$ for it.

i test drove one not impressed for the money, and horsepower.Tires smoked off the line,but pick up was real slow, my truck felt stronger to me.

We have a black one at the dealership i sell for, it's 38k, and the black trailblazer ss is marked up 5000 k for "market demand " so it's 43K. Badass truck though!!!

Ok I think its dumb they would think that. People buy what they can afford and/or what they want. The sales made are what people purchased already. So it would be dumb to say other vehicles take away sales from others.

I think because the truck weighs more than the trailblazer it should be 450hp at least.

It's more than an appearance package. It is also an accessory package.

The package includes the stuff you have to order extra on a regular SS. Heated leather memory seats, and such. The price for comparably equipped trucks is not too far apart. Oh yeah, I've had mine for almost a month now and love it.

My dealership has two of them I test drove on nice but not worth the $$$ if you ask me. I am not a fan of the EXT Cab I opted to order a 06 Crew Cab with the VortecMax Pack (Same engine as the SS), a 3LT with all of the goodies including a sunroof is $36,580 vs.. the $40k for the Intimidator SS. I can always pickup a set of 20" SS wheels and add them to my truck.
