And a lil clip of me running a C5 with bolt-ons from a 40 mph roll (i was at 15 psi) we ended up dead even and C5 refused another run at 21 psi!

very nice.. thats a sleeper as long as it isnt started, bc it sounds pretty raspy. But thats something different and new. I like it.

Nice sleeper. If you can manage a better short time you could see 11s.

Thanks for the replies.

The truck idles like stock maybe even quieter due to the turbo muffling up the noise. Only when you gun it is when you hear the "air-drill" like sound from the turbo sucking.

Full boost is around 3800-4000 rpm. Ignition cut is set at 6800 rpm so it has a decent powerband to work with.

My short times are a crappy 2.1-2.2 on drag radials due to massive wheelhop. I'm looking into making something similar to Cal-trac bars b/c they don't make anything for my truck like usual. :judge: I know I have the mph to run in the 11's it's just a matter of dialing in the launch... :bang:

Sleeper - yes. Usually after a run people ask if it has a Supra motor in it but they fall off thier rocker when they see an 8-valve single cam 4-banger in there. :jest:

I have about the same thing you do, but in a shelby dodge daytona, 2.2 TII, just finished building it for the second time in the past year.......everything forged, built 413 tranny, 3 inch exhaust, custom cal, and a ton of machine work and other mods. Its a sleeper as well, smokes most veetes. 11.2 on race fuel, anyday it'll turn 11.5s.

Nice ride man!

I gotta go run some more times with the Scoob now that I have some exhaust bolted up to it.
