Trying to decide on what to go with so what do you guys think? I have AS&M Lt's and dual 2 chamber flowmasters. I also am looking at taking the flowmasters off and installing a new setup. What is everyone's take on this?

A custom y-pipe will probably be your best bet. There is no bolt on solution and I think it may be better to purchase something unless ASM makes a y-pipe.
Since you have true duals from the factory, I would make a connector pipe from the headers back and have them flow into an x-pipe. Then run your muffler(s) of choice and have the exhaust exit where you prefer.
Not sure if that answers your questions or not.

I'd think that the best solution would be to mod the factory y-pipe. You could replace the cats with straight pipe and flanges. Not sure if the PaceSetter y-pipe will line up with the ASM's or not...
Wait, edit that...just realized that you're planning on changing it all. How about true dual with an x-pipe
