Are you looking for someone to do a side job for you, or a shop? If you're looking for a shop, try TT Performance in Clifton, NJ. They are a sponsor over on ls1tech. Very nice shop and they are good guys to deal with.

you might run into problems for only 350. i would think the shift kit alone would cost 100. verter install could run 350 alone.....good luck to you. if you decide to do it yourself post up. we have all the knowledge you need to get it done on this site.

I really don't mind doing the install myself as I have done evry last bit of work on my truck including sc install and c notch meaning not scared of anything just so damn busy and cold out....it makes since to take it to someone.

Thanks man I will give them a call today.

You can check Pro Tech Auto in NE Philly. If you get off 95 at the Cottman Ave Exit its right their on your left at the first light. My buddy use to work their and they did some good work from what I saw. Not sure if you could get it done for that cheap though.
