Yea I did buy it for the economy I cant keep my foot out of the Silvy long enough to check the mileage but it doesnt seem bad. Actualy I just sold my old worn out S10 it had 162K on it broken air cond wouldnt pass emmisions this and that but it was time for a new work truck and believe me I wont start modding it cause im not done modding the Silverado.

Yeah, when you have your foot in it... on the highway with 3.73's, 27 inch tall tires and an auto at 75 mph I average mid to high 18's. Around town it's not very good... 15's and up depending on how heavy your right foot can be. If your nice to it it's nice back, but it's hard to not want to actually drive something rather than putt along.
