that was a good write up. i thought you werent suppose to drill the manifold with it on the truck as metal shavings can get into the turbo?

Drilling it on the truck is no problem at all. If you do it when the truck is running the chips blow right out.

You can also do a magnet / vac cleanup. Anything leftover will bypass the turbo hot section with ease, if any shavings manage to reach it at all.

cool. just wondering and i know for sure you know alot more about it than i do. i would love to ride in one of those trucks you got. my uncle had a duramax with a dyno dominator and a power pup on it and it ran really good

I did mine the same way. Just leave it idleing, use and hand tap and lots of grease.

That is a really good install instruction write up. I was just talking to my buddy last night about how cool it would be to have a boost gauge. Thanks a million for the instructions. I think I'm going to give it a try.

Excellent write-up. The instructions were clear, first rate workmanship and the pictures were magazine quality!

Do you have any other installation / repair write-ups?
