Killed 2 late model Z28's, lightly modded I hope. 1 GT Mustang, sounded mean, 1 Honda Civic without a hood, and a Chevy Quad 4 powered Beretta at the track Saturday night. I had a heavily modded 02 Vette with drag slicks through an 1/8 thanks to my .03 redlight and his .625 R/T. Went around me at about the 1000 ft mark after missing a gear change.. It was a good night at the track.

Sleeper? What do you mean sleeper? You can't tell its packing from the big 4" Corsa tips coming out the rear! How about the awe inspiring Z71 stickers. Sheesh what does a man have to do to flaunt his horsepower?

Nah, no lope that an un-trained ear could notice. Wouldn't want to scare off ALL the competition. After all, the tips, stickers, and visible gage pod I show when real daring are enough to make most men shudder. Don't want to over do it.

I should start telling everyone that it's just the Z71 option that makes it move. Like you say, most probably don't know that its an off road package. Different springs and shocks I think.. Someday I'm gonna start cleaning up the exterior, wheels, cowl hood, debadge it. Bye Bye Z71 stickers and side molding. They look gay as hell IMO.

The Beretta was running 14.8's best I remember without pulling out the slip. Super nice guy from Lexington driving. Bought it for 500 bucks with a blown tranny. He's done chip, DR's up front. Interior stripped, fabbed CAI intake, all non essential power accessories removed. Was gonna install the hotter W31(??) cams. A version from another model.
