My dad just got hit by a drunk driver in his 03 cobra. its ******* totaled..

only like 8k on it..

CAr was mint i mean showroom floor. He just got it back like 2 weeks after a little incident had some damage. Got the car back better than new and now this..

but thank god he is ok...

Guy walked up asked if he was ok and then just disappeared, without his truck...the truck was registered to some Gal, so to sum it up white trash borrows g/f's trucks and nails my dad.

 

Damn that sucks dude. Glad to hear he's ok though. What the Hell's wrong with people these days? It seems like people are always getting hit or hit and run or other stupid **** that can be avoided if the other people would just learn how to drive.

 

That sucks man. I hope you guys get justice.

Pretty sure you can legally go after the owner of the car regardless of who was driving. If she doesn't give him up quickly get a laywer to call her home and threaten civil suit unless she turns him over.
Or just call her up and pretend to be a lawyer

Yeah, if it's the girlfriends truck like you stated (not a theft...hopefully) go after her and she'll WILLINGLY tell you the boyfriends name who was driving.
Sad story because most don't end so luckily. Definetly give your dad a big hug... I know I would.
