Has anyone opted for replacing the stock muffler for a piece of straight pipe? My question is, will this alone be enough to drop egt's? Or is it going up to 4" piping that does the trick?

Gilbert TURBHOE 08-07-2005, 06:19 PM i know a place to get the 4" exhaust for a little over $200 if you want i can pm you the link. but i would say the full exhaust over the piece of striaght pipe. Leroy_454 08-15-2005, 05:54 PM I would just do the 4" kit. You probably wont notice much EGT drop with just the muffler changed, but it will sound good and won't cost much money. I think the fit and performance will be better with the 4" system. |
