Default FAL fans not staying on at 210 degrees

Has anybody had a problem with their FAL fans not coming on at 210 degrees? My fans come on a few seconds after startup, then shut down and the temp is 210. I've set the adjustment on the VSC controller as far counterclockwise (coolest) as it would go. I've also tested the wire that's on during ignition and there is voltage getting to the VSC. I used the wire which was pictured in another post on this forum (green wire near top right of middle black section of underside of fuse box).

The temp sensor isnt' very accruate. I had the same problem and i have a 160 stat in and it got to the point where i would run the fans 100% all the time to keep it cool. I would check on getting a harness that ties them into the pcm and let the pcm control it at what ever temp you want them to come on I know nelson performance used to sell them.
