Ok, its been a little while since my last update. The 4" inlet to the Throttle body is now 3" looks alot cleaner than the 4" did, in my opinion. Dual channel wide band is install. One sensor before the turbo and one after. We are testing the deference pressure has on the sensors, and then we will be able to set them up so I can run both sensors before the turbo and see which bank of the engine is off.
That simple install took my all day, with disassebley the intire system so I could weld the bungs in, (forgot to it while fabit it out. :bang: ) Also look for that small exhaust leak that was bugging me :bang: , Found it, and its fixed. :) Quite as a stock truck.
With the efi live hooked up so far no knock, Now I have not nailed it but, you can tell the truck wants to haul it... Blow 2 air hoses off just playing around..
Fuel plate showed up and is installed, now just waiting to make all final connection wires, and drive it.
If you install an FJO wideband do not drive the vehicle until you make all the connections and it can power up. Did not notice that until reading the instruction and got to page 3 I think.
I should have some pice tommorrow.

This is true with ANY wideband. They MUST have the heater powered up, or they will carbon up and not be acurate. But a good thing to know. :usa:

Bow in? Do you mean turn rearward and then back forward.? If so, the truck has a front mount intercooler, there is no clean way to bring the piping up that close to the raditor.
Also to me when painted it will look more stock or oem. The piping for the throttle body area is 3" stainless and carbon Donuts I had laying around. Came from chassis shop (http://www.pro-werks.com/master.php?sc_id=34).
All exhuast stock I picked up from a buddy.

Most of the pieces are from the STS kit I reused with the FMIC setup I built. A 3" pipe will fit up in front of the computer, it tight, but it fits with just a little kink in it. It you where talking about the silicone elbow into the TB, that piece cam from STS, but I think I saw where a guy on LS1TECH got one like in on ebay. I built all my intercooler stuff with aluminized steel 2 1/2 and 3" 180* u-bends from summit. I tig welded the joints and painted the welds with silver paint, and have had no rust issues at all.
see I went under the radiator to the front throu the plastic little support. Let me see if I have a pic. I gotcha after looking at it i would need a much tighter turn. Something looks a little different in you pics then my truck.

Ya, mine comes up from the out side of the frame rail. Ya, I really like my STS, does wonders for a 4.8. I need to get efilive or something to tune it in a little closer and I want to do some trans tuning. I bought it used from Jason at Texas speed and he mail order tunned it for me, but its still not the way I want it, so when I get the cash I want do my own tune on it. Heres the pic on the lower part of the intercooler pipe.
i like the pictures guys given me some good ideas.

What do you want pics of, I've got a whole file of pics from my STS install with both the stock way they sell it and then with how I added the intercooler. I can email it, but its big, like 7 or 9 megs.
