Default 02 HD Turbo Update wiring and more wiring

Ok, its been a little while since my last update. The 4" inlet to the Throttle body is now 3" looks alot cleaner than the 4" did, in my opinion. Dual channel wide band is install. One sensor before the turbo and one after. We are testing the deference pressure has on the sensors, and then we will be able to set them up so I can run both sensors before the turbo and see which bank of the engine is off.
That simple install took my all day, with disassebley the intire system so I could weld the bungs in, (forgot to it while fabit it out. ) Also look for that small exhaust leak that was bugging me , Found it, and its fixed. Quite as a stock truck.
With the efi live hooked up so far no knock, Now I have not nailed it but, you can tell the truck wants to haul it... Blow 2 air hoses off just playing around..
Fuel plate showed up and is installed, now just waiting to make all final connection wires, and drive it.
If you install an FJO wideband do not drive the vehicle until you make all the connections and it can power up. Did not notice that until reading the instruction and got to page 3 I think.
I should have some pice tommorrow.

This is true with ANY wideband. They MUST have the heater powered up, or they will carbon up and not be acurate. But a good thing to know.

Bow in? Do you mean turn rearward and then back forward.? If so, the truck has a front mount intercooler, there is no clean way to bring the piping up that close to the raditor.
Also to me when painted it will look more stock or oem. The piping for the throttle body area is 3" stainless and carbon Donuts I had laying around. Came from chassis shop.
All exhuast stock I picked up from a buddy.
