please dont take this as bashing the site:
browsing around i've seen that the mods on ls1tech (truck section excluded obviously) can mod posts on this site. my question is, if we are a seperate site as stated numerous times, why are the mods from tech able to do things on here as they do on tech?? just curious is all........

obviously they are inter-laced. just wondering if it will continue to be this way.

What LS1Tech mod did you notice over here doing things? Did you just notice that the LS1Tech mods names are green in the "who's online" list at the bottom of the page?
That doesn't mean they can mod here. There names are just like that because of the way the sites share membership. There were several new usergroups setup so that mods/admins/sponsors/etc could be seperated from one site to the other. Brains was working overtime to get it done. :)
