I at 4000lbs and thats without spare, jack, tools. I was hopping to be around 3750 but can't have everything.

My regular cab short bed(RCSB) 2wd 5.3L GMC Sierra weighs 4300lbs with no weight removal but, the tow hitch. That weighed about 40lbs.

I would like to get to 4000 but, think 4100 is more doable without gutting the truck.

Your truck is still pretty light compared to most, just need those two extra cylinders or a blow dryer on it.

I wish nissan made a rcsb. My little v6 needs a little gigly gas.

Ohh, I think I can drop some weight if I just took all the plastic off the motor
