I won't be watching it but, I really hope someone else gets the win this time. Lance is an awesome athlete and he obviously deserves every win he gets. Just for a change, lets see if someone else can win this time.

As of today, Lance is 1 minute up on 2nd place!

today's stage was the first of the mountain stages with one class2 climb, however, Lance's team seemed not quite up to the task, tomorrow is the first real mountain stage with several climbs including a class1, it will be interesting to see if Lance's team just had an "off" day or if today was a glimpse of things to come, i.e. Lance in front by himself.

I have to say Im rooting for Lance. He is a cancer survival and a great American.

Plus every win he sticks it to the French (cheese eating surrender monkeys)

Lance gave up the lead today, which is what he wanted to do before enetering into the Alps on Tuesday. Team Discovery looked much better today.

Lance is in 2nd place 2:18 behind, however, the current leader is known to NOT be a great altitude climber, so giving up the yellow jersey to him should not be a problem.

tomorrow is a rest day :)

Grippy keep updating this thread. I like to know what happens but I find watching a bunch of skinny guys in spandex just to boring to actually watch..

it's been a few days, Lance is in the lead by 28sec. Sat & Sun rides will be the last real mountain rides with summit finishes, if Lance has still got it, I'm guessing this is where he'll put some more distance to the field.
