he is actually a mid 12 sec truck. i think he is having some SERIOUS traction problems though.

Well, loosing hurts no matter what the competition is. I was doing some major crap talking to my roommate about his mighty v6 firebird. Finally, he must have had enough so we went out to the highway to line them up. I let him honk three times, then I kinda jumped the gun on him. I got no tire spin and pulled out on him about a car or so. Then, I heard the sweet sound of flowmasters on a v6 as he blew by me and started putting some distance between us. To make matters worse he put the hazards on me!!!! :bang:

Looks like I need to stop talking crap until I start modding my 87 Oldsmobile Cutless Cierra. :jest: I thought with the summit racing and caltrac stickers on the back glass, I would have no problem taking his firebird. I put up a good fight, but in the end, I was left sucking dust.

I offered to give him a run in dirty silver, but he didn't want any of it. Looks like I might have to swap the nx kit over to the olds for any future races.

Oh, and many thanks goes out to John(Goshawk23) for letting everyone in on my upsetting defeat. I hate to lose, regardless of what I'm in.
