Default safe RPM's

I have an all iron block 6.0 and am wondering what would be a safe rpm to turn it too. My 5.3 rev limiter was around 6000 I believe ,but on my 6.0 tune it is set at 6400. The motor is all stock.

6400 should be on the high end of safe for a stock 6.0. 6200 would be better IMO.

Yes you need to change out rod bolts and pushrods they start to bend at 6200. If it were me I would set the rev limiter to 6100 just to be safe oyu arent going to gain much by adding an extra 100rpm.

I would go up to 6800 or so with rob bolts and pushrods you cant spin the stck pushrods up that high or you can say bye bye to you engine and you would need a good cam to get any benefit from spinning it that high. The stock 6L heads flow well but not well enough to show alot of gain up that high. Just my .02

So if I were to put a huge cam in my engine and just change the pushrods springs and rod bolts, I could shift the engine at around 6800 rpms? How long and how much rpm would the stock internals withstand?

So for example... if I were to put a huge cam in my engine and just change the pushrods, springs, and rod bolts, I could shift the engine at around 6800 rpms? How much rpm would the stock internals withstand?
